Within a day Scott checked out my car and the funds were in my account in 15 minutes to fix my car!!! I highly recommend Carrie Mattox. And I will continue to do so to all my friends, coworkers, and family. Never have I had an insurance agency that is as impressive as Carrie Mattox. I am a customer for life ????

I have talked to multiple people over there and they have always been so nice and attentive. They are great with communication and I cannot be happier that I switched insurance companies! August 31, 2018 ·. Brook wrote my policy with Allstate. I can only assume she is an agent with Carrie's office. She was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she get me a policy cheaper than what I had but she was efficient, fast and friendly all while doing this online and over the phone! Highly recommend these exceptional ladies!!!
