Your relationship with RGS will not just end after closing! About 3 years ago my mother used RGS Title in Sterling for the closing on her condo. The people were lovely and professional. They helped her understand all the documents and took her as slowly as she wished through each paper. During the closing, the lawyer recommended getting a trust for the property for security. After much time, my mother finally had her legal documents assembled by an out-of-town lawyer, and she needed to sign and notarize them. No banks could help because two witnesses (non-family) were necessary. We contacted RGS and they were happy to help us out again! They did not even charge for the notarization or for the witnessing. Tina Powell was the notary who was so kind to my elderly mother, even helping her to turn the pages. I will always highly recommend these caring and considerate people!
