  I've had nothing but good customer service from my agent Rebekah Kimbel. She went above and beyond to help me get the lowest rate possible and is always so helpful with anything I need. I would definitely recommend giving them a call to see if they can save you some $$

  I have used LD&B as our insurance agent for renter's, auto, and homeowner's for nearly a decade. In the first few years, I did experience a number of frustrating moments with our agent. He/she made a number of mistakes on insurance forms, I needed to continually follow up to make sure things got done, and he/she would always call my wife even though I tried to make it clear that I was the primary contact. I asked to switch agents, which LD&B did with zero hesitation. Our new agent has been wonderful. Very attentive to details, very responsive, and has even been proactive in reviewing our premiums and saving us money by finding comparable plans with other carriers. My rating is reflective of my experience after we switched agents.
