Omg! This is like the most kindest and understanding insurance place I've ever been with! When I had first went online to their website the quote it have given me was a bit pricey so I left and ended up going with progressive. And then one day I get a call from them saying that some of the things have changed on my quote and if they were able to find a lower quote then the one I had at the moment if it was okay to call me back. And I said Yea sure knowing that they probably wouldn't call back and a couple days later she called back with a really low quote not only covering my car but my life too! I was so shocked and I was like Yea definitely sign me up! Every time I call they know who I am already and to me it makes me feel quite valued and important and not just another number. A quick shoutout to Lashante for taking time out of her day to come visit me to sign some papers at my work, I'm a live in nanny so I dont get much free time. And another shout out to Jordan for remaining so kind and understanding about my recent payment having to call and then be like 'can I call you back real quick?' Having to find some other alternative way to pay. You guys are seriously amazing! ????
April made obtaining life insurance easy for my fiancé. She walked him through the options available, and helped him select the best coverage for him, currently. She was able to assist my fiancé and me with updating our addresses on our auto, motorcycle, and renter’s policies. She is personable and will readily answer any questions you have in regards to insurance. She even went the extra mile to help me obtain malpractice/liability insurance with another company due to State Farm not carrying this type of coverage.
