  I have been working with Charles Powell agency and office for 3 years. (Professionally and personally) I decided to switch from my current Insurance company to Allstate simply because of their office staff and willingness to help! I am always treated with respect, professionalism and in a timely manor. They are awesome and I have referred many people including 2 family members who have also switched from a State Farm which we have a long family history with the company and we all switched over to Allstate for pricing and benefits. I will keep referring people to Allstate as I have not yet experienced anything but great customer service since I have came in touch with this office. - Brooke S

  The staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. I was quoted a great price for renters insurance and the coverage amount was awesome for the price

  Charles Powell..took the time to reach out to see if there was anything he could assist me with filing a claim if needed, due to the lastest snow storm. I really appreciated his concerns.
