  I super dislike Suntrust as a whole. From constantly adding charges to accounts for transferring money in, wiring money out, additional charges for checks, not being able to print them at a location anymore, to them losing my down-payment money from my account because their computers froze during the money order transaction... The list goes on and on.
  
  I came to this branch because my local Greenbrier branch had me wait 30 minutes to speak with someone to conduct a simple wire transfer. When I was finally called they said only 1 singular person has the authorization code to complete wire transfers and it would be another min 30 min wait till she is done with her client.... So I was sent to fairoaks where I ended up at a Suntrust Mortgage office and they directed me to a Safeway where this SunTrust lied inside.
  
  I have to give it to Dave Carrier, the Financial Service Representative that assisted me at this branch. I was not in a very upbeat mood, being my 3rd attempt to do a simple bank wiring. He was very jovial during the whole process: joking to lighten the mood and quickly aiding me to get my banking needs completed, in a very fast visit. I appreciated his understanding of the situation and willingness to remedy the situation. The whole thing might have took 8 minutes from start to finish and I was out of the bank and on my way back to work.
  
  If I ever need to come into the bank again, I'll make the extra trip out from my local branches back here to see Dave. I know with him, I'll have upbeat, speedy service and not have to play the waiting game.

  Very efficient and organized suntrust location. The employees here are nice and hold great value in work ethic. No drive through Either so the line is very fair and the wait isn't long.

  This branch is in the Safeway and they have great customer service agents. Good hours also.
