Not only did help me transferring my insurance from the old car to the new car, he also made sure I received my temporary insurance cards immediately.
(August 22, 2019, 5:04 pm)My experience with State Farm in general and Kenya's agency in particular has been nothing but wonderful. When I had my first automobile accident after decades of driving, Kenya's team quickly got me to right people to process my claim. The claims team, too, worked rapidly to process my claim. I was amazed at how quickly they issued what I think was a very fair payment for my car. When I got a new car Kenya's team added it to my insurance policy and sent me an insurance card within a few hours. I had heard many bad stories about people dealing with insurance companies after an accident. Kenya's team and State Farm settled my claim quickly and fairly. I couldn't ask for more.
