  It was a great experience. I was kindly offered refreshments by each person that I met. After a two minute wait, I started and finished the paperwork for my refinance in under an hour. Special attention was paid to any questions I had and detailed professional answers were given to each of them. It was my second time dealing with S&T Title, both transactions were quick, easy and very accommodating.

  I have recently closed two properties with S&T Title, and they were nothing short of amazing. Most of the time people go with a title company represents and I was fortunate enough to have a great recommendation my first time around so for my second closing I specifically requested S&T.
  
  Home buying/refinancing can be a stressful enough time, but S&T allowed me to eliminate one more stressful portion of the process. People are always looking for great customer support, flexibility, trade knowledge, affordability, and honesty. I was able to see all these values with the S&T team.

  I have been working with S&T Title for almost five years. They are my title company of choice for all my clients. They have always been very professional, responsive, and flexible. As a real estate agent, I sometimes need an answer or piece of information right away, and they are always very quick to respond on emails. They are also very flexible when it comes to scheduling closings. The fees they charge are usually lower than what any competitor would charge. All the ladies in that office are very pleasant to deal with.
