She was kind and didn’t mind carrying on a conversation while doing business. Her customer was beyond wonderful. I can’t remember a time ever talking with someone concerning insurance who made me feel good about buying insurance. Thank you for your service !

(June 7, 2018, 1:59 pm)We switched to Kilgo Insurance about a year ago. We used Jason Kilgo when we purchased our first home several years ago and have kept in touch ever since. We had an awesome customer service experience with him then, and would recommend him wherever he goes! He's just so easy to work with, personable and goes out of his way to help you with any issues you have. Now fast forward 12 or so years later and he takes care of our home and auto insurance and the customer service is still just as good! We had some conflicts in what the deductible should be on a windshield and Kilgo Insurance was completely on top of it. Jason called us a couple times himself to make sure it was handled. Today I got my windshield fixed and the process was so simple! His insurance company uses Safelite, and they made the process easy and painless. They took a card and did not complete the transaction until the work was done. They gave me a window in which they would come to my office, and then the installer gave me another smaller window the morning of the job. He called when he showed up, and again when he left. He was super nice, and helpful. He even cleaned my windows, vacuumed the front floors and fixed a couple paint chips on my vehicle! It was great customer service overall!!
