  If you read my other review this is sort of a part 2 if you will. As I stated last time my transaction was a bit challenging so i needed to go to this location to complete it.
  Well a hiccup occured where I was not in the system only my husband was so I could not complete the transaction at that time.
  Bummer! I was frustrated (probably visibly) but I understood we were in a hurry at the other location and computer was having issues.
  Well instead of getting defensive and escalating my crabbiness the staff here was actually empathetic and kind. The manager Jessica really went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things easier and more convenient for me. Oh, and I had my special needs child with me who was about at his time limit for good behavior ,in a boring environment,and they were patient and kind with him as well .
  This my friends is customer service! I may have left frustrated but they made it right and they diffused my frustration beautifully! They have definitely earned my business!!

  Didn't get approved for a loan but I was approved for a line of credit. Very affordable biweekly payments. A great way to build your credit if it's in not so good shape.

  Great service, I was approved for a loan however, decided not to take it because of a new policy in place, the young ladies that provided service was kind and courteous.
