(April 24, 2019, 5:57 pm)When a huge chunk of our living room ceiling came crashing down, Nationwide took excellent care of us. We had to pay our deductible. We had to pay for the plumbing repairs to stop the leak that caused the problem. That was it! After we paid for the ceiling repair, the moving out of all of our stuff in all the rooms of the house with wood floors, the floor repairs, and the moving back in of all of our stuff, Nationwide sent us a check to cover our expenses. Garlow Insurance supported us and explained the process to us thoroughly.
