(April 5, 2016, 6:04 pm)i've had very good experiences at this branch office, so i don't know how to distinguish my visits from those who felt so cheated. the branch manager, william, has gone way out of his way to assist me. his interactions with other customers, all of whom seemed to recognize & greet him warmly, were impressively professional. the only reason i withheld the fifth star is because some of the tellers are way too friendly & chatty & that's not my way. i'm sure most others appreciate it.
