I have been nothing but blown away by his level of professionalism and general thoughtfulness when it comes to dealing with his clients. Chris helped me navigate the otherwise confusing insurance market and made sure of the fact that I understood every part of my policy. This, coupled with his wonderful people skills, will ensure that you feel like a friend/family and not just a client. (November 15, 2017, 9:57 pm)Have been dealing with this agency, and Matt Dailey in particular for about 2 years now, and despite having to deal with an auto accident have had a very smooth and painless experience! I even received a card in the mail from the owner of the agency after my wife was in the accident! Great people! Recommend strongly!
