(April 23, 2018, 3:58 pm)I recently had to make a claim on my auto policy with my agent Dyane at TS Peck and the process literally could not have been smoother. She took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. Over the years I've had to make a very few insurance claims but this is the first with TS Peck and I have never previously encountered anything close to this level of customer service.

I called my personal lines agent Linda Parker at TS Peck she stayed after hours and went above and beyond for me as this purchase was going to take place on a Saturday when they were closed. Everything went very smooth when I got to the dealer’s due to her due diligence of getting the job done…. Thank you, Linda you are the BEST,….
