  We've been clients for several years and recently added a new policy. The staff is attentive, helpful and very quick when answering our questions. The prices on the policies are lower than others I've researched in the past too. We've had business, workers comp, auto and home with them. I highly recommend this company.

  I have been a customer for almost 10 years, when I first acquired insurance from Ted Heaton it was just auto. Now I also have my renters insurance from them as well. I have had to make a couple of auto claims and each time Ted's agents made it go as smooth as possible. Since I've been with State Farm I haven't even thought about looking somewhere else for insurance. Thank you Ted Heaton and your staff for excellent customer service. I would recommend everyone who is looking for insurance to give them a call I promise you will not be disappointed.

  I worked for the Ted Heaton Agency as a Team Leader for a year and would still be there if I had not moved back to California. I was able to see first hand what a great Team he has put together and what a great State Farm Agent that Ted is! Ted and his Team will go beyond the norm to take care of their clients and their needs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great insurance experience to contact Ted's office.

  I have been with State Farm: Ted Heaton III for 15+ years now. I started with Auto, then added renters shortly after. I have never had any issues with claims and they have always been extremely fast to respond with issues/concerns. I now have 3 auto policies, home owners, and boat insurance through Ted Heaton. I will always Highly recommend them, Like I did for my brother and mom who also have policies with them. Thanks for all you do Jammie @ Ted Heaton for all you have done for family and I over this time.
