So very thankful we have had very few claims in our lifetime, but when a tree fell across our home last year, we put our coverage to the test. It happened late on Friday night and we called Kent Saturday morning. He was so very gracious asking if we needed a place to stay and how could he help. From there it was an almost seamless experience as our contractor handled everything from working with the adjuster to making sure someone was there with anyone working at our home.
