My husband and I have been customers of American National for a couple of years. We experienced a total loss on 9/24/18. Our experience in dealing with the totaled car was painless to say the least. Every person I talked to at American National regarding the claim was very courteous and asked if I was ok. I only talked to a few different people and didn’t have to jump through any hoops or fight with anyone. I never felt like they didn’t care about me or if my claim was handled in a timely manner. I received a fair market amount for my car in a timely manner as well. Everything from the first phone call to report the claim to the rental to closing the claim was a breeze. I also went to the doctor after the wreck and used my allotted amount of coverage for that- this too was extremely easy. Like I said, no jumping through hoops! I highly recommend this company for insurance. Also, shout out to Kathy at the office for being so patient and helpful every time I had a question or concern!
My husband has used them for many years before we were married. When we married of course we combined our insurance and I've been with them for over 8 years. They have always taken great care of us and done a great job and Kathy is as sweet as can be...love her!
