  I am a first time home buyer and after spending many hours on the phone with numerous “big named” insurance companies I was frustrated and still at square one. I called my mortgage lender and luckily she gave me Morgan Shipp’s number. Within 10 minutes of receiving Morgan’s number, he and I where on the phone beginning the process of finding me home owner’s insurance. I quickly went from frustrated to feeling like I had someone in my corner. Morgan was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Morgan provided me with an amazing quote within 3 hours of our phone call, even though he had an important lunch meeting scheduled for that day. I cannot brag enough about the level of customer service I received while dealing with Morgan Shipp and Goosehead Insurance Company. Not only did Morgan find me the best home owner’s policy, I also made the smart choice to switch my car insurance policy to him as well. I would recommend Morgan Shipp and Goosehead to anyone and everyone! Save yourself the headache that I went through and contact Morgan Shipp and Goosehead first. You will be so glad you did.

  Love the idea of an independent agent. Switching my insurance and coverage to any available provider is a benefit for everyone and the Shipp Agency service is just added bonus!

  I called Morgan at Goosehead Insurance earlier this year needing a cheaper premium for our car insurance. At the previous place we were paying $350 a month for "full coverage" on 3 cars, but with high deductibles. After a minimum wait of maybe an hour or so Morgan called back with options that gave us not only a payment of $156 a month, but lower deductibles, better coverage, and more perks. He definitely had everything changed over smoothly and quickly. My husband and I give his company the best thumbs up, and have recommended to several friends thus far.
