  5 stars is easy to give Amberly is awesome. The customer service is excellent. It's great to have Amberly answer the phone instead of an automated system. I can call and get what I need asap. Nobody wants a claim but when you do, it is handled the correct way. I have been with them for a few years. I am extremely happy with everything here.

  Amberly Hamblin was a pleasure to work with to secure home owners insurance for our new home. One simple call and she was able to get a great rate took care of all the paperwork with the Mortgage company. She checked in with us after closing and during our conversation, found out we had installed a security system and was able to get us a discounted rate after we provided her a certificate of monitoring.   Just started about 1 month ago and the experience has been great so far. Did not like there varification process that you must call then within so many days to verify your info or they will cancel you. I understand verifying peoples info, however the process should be easier than having to call or get cancelled. Maybe being able to do that online or something.
