  I have been with State Farm for some 53 years. This past 8 years here in this office which Toni Threadgill is now the owner, we have had the opportunity to meet these ladies and enjoy their services. Kathryn Humphrey has become to be my "rock". When I go in almost in tears, because I get a bill I don't understand, which I have, she sits me down and thoroughly goes through it all. I always feels like and idiot to have not understood. Billy helped me thoroughly once when we were selling an automobile which we had financed with State Farm. Billy's expertise was superb. Should Kathryn be promoted to a higher position, this is the lady I will turn to. Billy's daughter, Devyn has become a cheerful addition to the office and what better to see when you walk in, a beautiful, cheerful young lady with a beautiful smile and eager to learn. Thank you State Farm for your services and such great personalities to work with.

  Toni reviewed all of our policies and was able to rewrite and combine them so that we have more coverage for less money.
  That is my definition of a good agent.

  This is the best agency in town! I have never had any problems. Any questions that I have had are always answered. Couldn't get better customer service!
