  Traci,
  We couldn’t be happier with the results of our recent insurance claim. We were in shock after the deer collision, of course, but most pleasantly surprised when we learned that we would have a $0 deductible since it was considered an “Act of God.” I’ll definitely give Him credit for the deer not flying through the windshield and injuring or killing my husband.
  
  While it took several weeks for the bodyshop to complete the replacement and repairs, we were again grateful that we were State Farm customers when the owner of the bodyshop said our claim entitled us to NEW replacement parts, rather than used parts from a car graveyard.
  
  We’re grateful for your prompt response to the claim and the amazing ease of handling the paperwork! We would HIGHLY recommend you and your agency to anyone looking for a company with a great reputation.

  We had the unfortunate experience of having a house fire on a rental dwelling while we were out of town. Traci went out to the property while fire department was still there and was able to let me know what all was going on. They were quick to process the claim and it couldn't have been more hassle free. It has been years since I have price shopped for insurance - I never will again- we are just going to go with State Farm as they took care of us.

  It is with immense pleasure that I am rating the State Farm office of Traci Plemons 5 stars because the office staff there have exceeded my expectations again and again. They are so kind, so attentive, and really care about what's best for you regarding all of your insurance needs from auto, home, life, health, and business. I currently have auto, renters, life, and hospital insurance with State Farm and I could not be more satisfied with the customer service I have received. I truly do feel like an important aspect to their team every time I walk through the door or give them a call and they have treated me with the utmost respect and appreciation. "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there" couldn't hold more true for this agency. I recommend any and everyone to get their insurance needs here!
