  We were so impressed with the level of service Ben provides. He's was available to answer all our questions, worked hard to understand what our needs were, and was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. You are not going to find better service and a more honest agent in Texas. Are there 6 star ratings?

  I have known Ben Wheeler and his family for years. So when he told me he was becoming a Farmers Insurance agent, I told him I wanted to be his first customer and made the switch immediately. Ben’s work ethic and his commitment to serve his customers well and treat them like family are two of his finest attributes. He is a good man to have on your side.

  Had a great experience working on home and auto insurance here. Other places just take your check and move on. If you want someone who will look out for your best interest...this is the place to be.

  Ben is saving me hundreds on my home and auto insurance. Rather than dealing with multiple call center agents in other states, Ben personally guided me through the entire process and promptly responded to phone calls and emails. Knowing that he'll always be nearby in a time of need gives me peace of mind. I've already recommended Ben to family and friends knowing that he'll treat them with the same honesty and level of service.
