  Marissa Alvarez delivered exceptional service while assisting me in securing automobile insurance. I began to feel very frustrated while looking for insurance, due to the high level of responses received from my online inquiries. Ms. Alvarez was a godsend in the midst of all of the third party responses that I was receiving. Ms. Alvarez was very patient, knowledgeable, and communicated with me in a way that gave me all of the information I needed, without taking tons of time. She was very, very efficient. I am thankful for her service and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

We have gotten into 2 accidents (both not my fault)and we never got our deductible ($500) back on both claims . One claim took them OVER 2 years to finally tells us bad news .
