  Acceptance helps do the annoying insurance search that we all dread without having your phone blow up. It's a small fee, but was a drop in the bucket compared to the money we saved when we swapped policies. We have had Acceptance help us on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied.

  Marlene was super nice and efficient helping me chose the coverage that i needed. She explained everything thoroughly. The whole staff in general was friendly in this office. They made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend acceptance if you are looking for great prices!!!

  The staff here is very helpful.They explained thoroughly the different options they offered. They went the extra mile to get me the best coverage I needed and they understood what was within my budget. I strongly recommend this location for your insurance needs. Keep up the good work ladies.

  I was shopping for insurance on my truck that I use for work. The ladies at Acceptance in Humble were very helpful with all my questions. I was very impressed with their knowledge and understanding of what my needs were. They found me a policy with Progressive. I did not even know they had Progressive but that would not matter anyway because they took care of me and now I am covered. Hands down the best insurance agents around. Thanks
