(August 23, 2018, 11:20 am)I made one phone less than 5 minutes long. I was able to make a payment, make changes to my policy and received my new insurance card and receipt by email immediately. Now that's great customer service! Thank you Ruby for always getting us taken care of!!!

From setting up a new policy to handling a claim, they always make it easy and painless for the customer. They are always there to answer any question or handle any issues we might have. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance agent/office.

(July 13, 2018, 12:37 pm)By far the most honest, helping and caring insurance agent I have ever dealt with. After having a claim with Farm Bureau that was like pulling teeth I made the switch to Neil Martensen. Not only did he make the switch easy, I had another claim due to an accident caused by another driver. I didn't have to fight or argue with anyone to get my situation resolved and my car fixed. Anyone looking for a guy to be in your corner in a time of need, make sure you switch to Neil Martensen, you will not be disappointed I promise!
(July 12, 2018, 3:13 pm)Every time I walk in there I feel very welcomed. The entire staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond to help you out. I have been with them for about 6 years or so and until this day I have never had a complaint. I recommend State Farm to anyone!
