Royalty Insurance

I recently purchased auto coverage through Royalty Insurance. Tim responded very quickly to my online request and was able to provide me with some great quotes. I will definitely use this agency for all my insurance needs.

Royalty is on top of things! They were lightning fast to respond to my injuries, answered all my questions in a very clear/friendly manner, and instilled a level of confidence that’s hard to find. I can tell I’m working with a skilled group that is willing to go the extra mile for their clients. In the one instance they didn’t have an immediate answer to my (admittedly bizarre) question, they took the time and due diligence to get the right answer for me. I highly recommend Royalty to anyone looking for an insurance broker.

Jayne, at Royalty Insurance, was beyond amazing! She took the time to explain every single line and how it would be applied to my new home. This was my first time purchasing home insurance so I had no clue what I was getting myself into. She made sure I was fully covered but not over covered because that was what I had ask from her. She made sure I completely understood everything and answered my questions quickly. She was quick to respond back to my emails or messages. She made me feel comfortable about entire situation and the plan I was purchasing. I highly recommend using her!

They have been more than awesome. Jayne was attentive, informative, and patient. She answered all my questions, provided multiple quotes, and guidance on the matter since we are new at all this.
