(May 14, 2019, 10:31 am)I have been communicating with Benjamin Sampson from Insubuy to select an insurance for my mother which can cover pre-existing as she is a heart patient and she might be travelling from India, soon. Ben patiently listened to my requirements and helped me to pick the right insurance with the right advice (Best words from him is: Better to be "safe" rather than to be "sorry" which is an absolute statement when someone picks up an insurance policy and it should be wisely selected with right inputs). He is very precise about information, extremely generous, flexible and definitely an outstanding customer service. I have no doubts that Benjamin Sampson is a role model for any customer service engineer and he deserves all outstanding ratings. Thanks a ton, Ben for your fantastic support and keep going.

(May 8, 2019, 12:04 pm)Customer service was excellent. I needed to buy a specific insurance for school as a requirement and I had no idea how to do it. Benjamin was so patient and provided all the information I needed for me to take the best decision on what to choose. He went over all the information three times just to make sure everything was spelled correctly. At the end of the call he asked me if I knew for to search for physicians near me and of course i did not know. He guided me through the steps and I think that was very useful because even though I was not thinking about it at the moment, that is information that i will definitely use in the future. As far as the Insurance, it seems like a really good option because it is personalize to your needs! I have not use it yet but I will post more information once I have to use it.
