I was referred to Norman from a friend who said they started saving and making a lot of money quickly. My first impression walking through the front door was blown away. Banners and certificates showing #1 best for 19 years in a row. That alone speaks volumes. I had the meeting with Norman and his genuine kindness and knowledge of finances helped him point out to me the flaws of how I was using and trying to save my money. I had (what I thought was great) whole life plan and was easily shown that I was getting ripped off. I now have more coverage for cheaper and was able to put the money that I was saving into an investment with exceptional interest rate. I worked at the Killeen office for 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it. They paid for my classes and licenses which was awesome. I learned about investments and how to set myself up nicely for retirement and also how not to get ripped off by insurance companies. I would still be there if I didn't move.
