(May 20, 2016, 3:14 pm)I have been a customer of Don Scott Insurance for over 25 years in multiple areas of coverage - homeowners - 2 businesses encompassing workers comp, auto, general liability, umbrella, real property, personal property, group health - Medicare supplement. I have had claims both personally and in my business environment that were processed quickly and efficiently. They shop for the most appropriate insurance provider to handle specific needs and review the coverage annually to determine if any changes need to be made to the coverage. They are always available for questions via email, via phone or in person. I have had other companies contact me about moving my business and my response is always "No, I already have the best."

They are easy to deal with and always available when I need to add/remove equipment or make policy changes. Not to mention their promptness in dealing with any claims that we have had in the past.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great local insurance provider!
