(September 25, 2019, 4:43 pm)We have had our insurance with Derek for close to 5 years now and have always had such a great experience but our latest experience was above and beyond so I wanted to share the praise! In the span of one week, we went from 1 car to 3 (2 being brand new), which is an exciting but stressful time. However, Courtney significantly minimized the stress surrounding something like that. She even worked with us to find a fantastic rate through State Farm for one of the loans. I also really appreciate that she came to meet me to take care of paperwork instead of having to drive out to the office. This was just another great example of how she, and Derek Simmons State Farm, go above and beyond for their customers. Thankful for all Derek and his agents have done to help us during the past few years and looking forward to continuing to work together on whatever life brings!

Not only is he helpful and knowledgeable, but he's honest, hard-working, dedicated, and personable. He is always timely with his follow-ups, too. He has greatly helped us with several different products and is trustworthy and responsive to all our needs. We are so glad to know Derek Simmons!

They care about you personally and you never feel like "just another customer or number" Our experience has been great and I'll continue to work with Derek and his team!
(August 7, 2019, 3:25 pm)Love this place. Great rates with attention to customer service and that home town feel. Good discounts if you purchase home and auto together. Quick response if you need to file a claim and their adjusters are friendly, available and will advocate for you. I have my home and automobiles covered and my oldest daughter just went them as well for her auto insurance needs. Derek and Tawni are wonderful!
