  It's always nice to have a go to person for different things. For insurance I always call "Miss Cindy" (Cindy Egany) for all my insurance questions and to get new policies on my investment houses. I can always expect a response promptly with any need I have!

  Cindy Eganey and the staff at McDonald Insurance Services are the kindest and most professional staff I have ever worked with. I’ve been a client for close to 15 years since I have moved to Nashville. Cindy has always gone out of her way to help me whenever I have needed it and always does so with a smile. She is quick to reply and take care of any issues. I would recommend McDonald to anyone looking for a new insurance provider.

  Great experience! We have been working with Cindy Eganey since we became Nationwide insureds and she has always gone over and above to get us the best coverage at a very competitive rate. She has also been very helpful when we have had to make claims. If it wasn’t for Cindy, I don’t know if we would be with Nationwide.

  I can not express enough how wonderful it is to be able to call an insurance company and feel like you are talking to an old friend. That is how I feel when I call Cindy Eganey. She has provided outstanding support and guidance over the years as she has taken care of all our insurance needs. My whole family knows if there is an insurance question, call Ms. Cindy!!   McDonald Insurance REALLY is the best option. Great agents and excellent service. Michelle in particular went above and beyond comparing other plans while providing insight on what coverage would be best. She also helped mitigate any possible rise in my premium as I embarrassingly do not have the best driving record. Thank you Michelle, for all you do and continue doing, you have a customer for life.
