Our agent Tim goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything and to be resource. This was especially evident when my youngest recently got her drivers license. Time took a fair amount of time to review what insurance was, how it worked and what to do in the event of an accident or other incident. I feel very confident that with this information she is prepared to drive. I hope she never needs all this info but... that's why they call them accidents.
