  I have used Amelia Swanson for several real estate closings. Each time, Amelia was very professional and well-prepared. She took the time to explain each step of the closing process, both in the days leading up to closing and during the closing itself. If you want a closing done right, I would highly recommend Amelia Swanson and Mid-State Title & Escrow.

  I have been in the real estate business since the early 80’s and have worked closely with dozens and dozens of Title Companies. I have used Midstate Title in Franklin TN for the past 16 years. Midstate Title is by far the most professional and caring company hands down in Middle Tennessee. Yvette Meldrum is the owner and also the closing attorney. She can juggle like no other and has a caring and loving heart for her buyers and her agents. She is a problem solver who has seen the vast majority of closing hick-ups and knows how to steer around a problem long before it happens. Her staff is also hand picked by her and all have her same mindset.
  
  I can not count all the small closing miracles Midstate Title has pulled off for my clients over the years. If you are looking for a Title Company that does exactly what they say, when they say it and for exactly the price the say, with care and concern for their Realtors and buyers then Midstate is the title company you should call.

  Yvette Meldrum and her team are AMAZING!!!! I thought that my customers were going to be at their new home in GA but, instead came back a day early not realizing that would change where we would close. I called Yvette an hour before they were due to close! She happlily abliged and we closed without a hitch! I feel so blessed to be able to depend on her and know that she goes above and beyond for me and my clients
