  In short, we have received the best customer service imaginable from Insurance Professionals of TN--specifically, from Danny Hunt. Danny always provides us clear, lightning-fast communication and action, and he has even been a tenacious advocate on our behalf as we have negotiated a claim with an external insurance company. I can't imagine going anywhere else for our business or personal insurance needs!

  I would highly recommend Insurance Professionals of Tennessee! Danny Hunt was very helpful, very patient, very knowledgeable too. If he didn't know the answer to my question he found the answer. He gained my confidence from our very first conversation. He never made me feel like I was waisting his time. He returned EVERY email and phone call in a timely manner.
  
  The managers/owners of this company need to know that Danny is a tremendous asset to them! Also, It seems to me that the work atmosphere at this company is one that encourages team work. Happy employees equals happy customers!! Thank you all for my experience with your company.

  We switched our Commercial auto, liability, and worker's comp to Insurance Professionals of TN in February this year. Our agent Danny is hands down the biggest help! Any issue we've had, which unfortunately we've had a claim this year, he was on top of it! I highly recommend using this company and Danny as your agent!
