(June 21, 2019, 10:58 am)This is the sweetest and most knowlegeable insurance office I have ever dealt with and being a mortgage broker of 26 years, I have dealt with thousands! They personally reviewed all of my existing policies and explained to me where I was lacking coverage, where I would have been shorted on claims i.e full replacement vs trade or depreciated value and even reduced my deductibles but kept all of my premiums the same or a tiny bit less than where I was! I highly recommend this office. You can walk right in and not feel like you have to take a number and wait. Everyone is licensed and can answer your questions. LOVE the personal service I receive!
(June 17, 2019, 1:17 pm)Great company. Great service. We have our auto, home, renters, and landlord's policies through them. They call every few months to make sure all information is updated, and the few claims I have had with them (all roadside assistance) they have been very kind and easy to work with. We moved down to Chattanooga this year but have kept them even though they're in Jonesborough because they're just that good to us.
(May 16, 2019, 3:58 pm)We recently moved to Jonesborough from Oklahoma, and the service we have received from the office of State Farm insurance agent Larry Weems has been nothing short of phenomenal! Tyla worked directly with our former insurance agent in Oklahoma to get everything set up here in Tennessee, with much lower premiums than we were previously paying. Tyla clearly knows what she's doing, she kept us updated all along the way, she answered all our questions, and she's an absolute delight to work with. My highest recommendation!
(February 10, 2019, 8:47 am)Great customer service and best price for a teenage driver. Never had a claim with them yet, but I have no reason to believe that it would be handled poorly. All the staff are eager to assist when calling or coming in person. Highly recommend.
