There is great customer service and very knowledgeable employees at HCS with many years of experience. I think sometimes clients and/or brokers fail to communicate with the employees that the benefits are designed by the employer and not HCS as HCS is a Third Party Administrator not a fully insured carrier. I always received great service when I was a client.
