(September 20, 2019, 3:52 pm)I have been a Farm Bureau member for 25 years so when I moved to Sumner County and moved my membership as well it was very easy. The Gallatin Branch with Josh Gilmore made it easy and over the course of doing business with them the last 10 years I have never had any issues. I can call the office with questions or even advice on where to get a particular service and they have always directed me in the right direction. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

(August 3, 2019, 12:12 pm)We have recently bought a house and went with another insurance provider. In the first month they cancelled us by accident 3x even to the point of sending our money back to us. This was a huge insurance provider and we were frustrated and confused by it all. Also angry at the amount of time it sucked from our life.
I called Farm Bureau and was connected to Josh Gilmore. He was a breath of fresh air! He handled the issues, figured out exactly how to help us. Looked over the policy we did have, improved on it and saved us money. Once he started there was not one problem, everything was handled professionally and in person, which we loved. Having a face to go with our insurance provider is invaluable. So much more personable. He knows Gallatin, he is a neighbor, and becoming a friend. I will highly recommend Josh and Farm Bureau of Gallatin.
