(March 1, 2019, 2:06 pm)THE best insurance agent I have ever had! I am writing this review because Melissa Jones deserves for her community to know how wonderful she is. I have used her for 12 years and she has answered every call, and every question, even when it requires a full hour of her time! Our home flooded years ago and she made every phone call, and orchestrated everything needed to repair my home. Zero stress on my part. Customer service at its finest! I started with just home insurance, and now she has worked to save us so much money with all of our insurance needs. Over and above is hard to find. I found it, and I’m thankful! Melissa, if you read this, thank you! You are greatly appreciated!

My wife and I have insurance with Melissa Jones. We have been with Farm bureau for years and years. We sought her out after recommendations from others, as we were adding other vehicles and insurance to our account. Our past agent seemed to have too much on his plate to get back to us.
We recently had our first claim in years!
Here’s how it goes:
We were in Florida and bought another larger travel trailer from an RV Show. We called Mellisa and added it to our insurance thankfully. We had it delivered to the RV Park we were staying at, 10 days later a woman driving reportedly over 50 miles an hour through the park ran off the road and crashed into our trailer doing extensive damage. We were not at the trailer at the time so we did not get hurt. The travel trailer was totaled. We are waiting for the closing on the new exact model trailer.
Melissa was contacted about the accident and got me in touch with Drue Jolly and the process was taken care of professionally and quickly. Melissa Jones contacted me several times to make sure everything was going alright. I again say how happy I am with Farm Bureau, Agent Melissa Jones and Claims Agent Drue Jolly. They made a sad situation painless and took care of everything and I didn’t have to rely on the woman drivers insurance !!!
