  Great customer service. Any changes I have requested or questions I have had always have been handled in a timely matter. And along with all of that I shop rate's yearly and you have always had the best when combining Home and Auto. I also enjoy your newsletter.

  When I bought my new house, the Rook agency was recommended to me by my loan officer. I have had problems with other companies in the past but Elizabeth made everything easy and fast. I have been with the company for three years and do not plan to change. They are always there when I need them and there to advise. They will find the best company to suit your needs. They are handling both home and auto for me.

  Elizabeth Rook Insurance is the best auto and home insurance company my family has been with. I’ve had two car accidents and they’ve handled everything for me. I didn’t worry about a thing which made me feel secure and gave me peace of mind. Their agents and customer service are kind and friendly which is a plus for me. I’ve had other insurance companies that I’ve been with that make it so difficult to file a claim. Never again will I have any other insurance company. Thank you Elizabeth Rook Insurance

  I've never had an insurance company so thorough! I was contacted minutes after I expressed my interest in switching to Erie, and they helped me create a policy that fit exactly what I needed. The quote was extremely reasonable and the process was by far the easiest one I've had to do. I'm saving $1,200/year I haven't had any claims yet, but the way they've handled things so far has me worry-free if I need to make one!
