I had a pipe brake under my house on March 25th. Water flooded my kitchen, dining room, and living room. All my hardwood floors had to be replaced, my kitchen was gutted, and my oriental rugs (which were floating in water when I woke up to the damage in the morning) had to be saved quickly. Long story short, My house was completely repaired by May 15. Arron called me frequently to see how things were going.
A similar problem happened to a friend. Repairs have yet to be started. She said her agent has never called her to see how things are going. I brag about State Farm to everyone. Thank You!

She was patient, even though I asked a thousand questions, courteous and professional. I look forward to dealing with Lee's office for many years to come. (March 2, 2019, 1:22 pm)Above and beyond. I was traveling through Eastern Tennessee and ran into some troubles. Being with the Company for 25+ years now and out of state (I live in New Jersey), I knew I could call on someone local and that is what I did. I spoke to at least three different associates (Danielle, Lindsey and Arron) who were all so helpful! The Agent called me back the next day to make sure everything was okay and I had gotten on my way back home. Again, above and beyond! Thank you!
