(April 23, 2019, 3:20 pm)I started with Mike Gaines State Farm agency in White House T. in September 2017. Tammy Redfearin was very helpful as I had just transferred to the area from Kentucky. Tammy worked both earlier as well as later than normal business hours to assist me with my unusual work schedule. Recently, I purchased a new car and Tammy assisted with the insurance as well as the financing. Thanks to her I will pay less interest and less total cost while completing the loan 3 months sooner. Also, the gap insurance with State Farm is free so I will be recieving an $895 refund. Thanks to Mike Gaines State Farm for a job well done.

(May 15, 2018, 12:02 pm)I've been with state farm for as long as I've been driving. I had a great agent, but relocated to Mike due to Samuel Segars. Not only is he a great friend, but he's also extremely personable and motivated on the business side. He's as honest as they come. Sam will do his best to not only cover your assets, but also will pursue such with an affordable end result. I highly recommend using Mike Gaines for not only himself, but also because of the staff that he has chosen. They'll have my business for years to come.

Who in the world sees the name of their insurance agent on caller ID and actually smiles?
Those of us who have ever had to rely on the strength of an insurance policy when accidents eventually happen know that 'some' coverage doesn't equal 'reliable' coverage. Often the amount of one's policy or the nearly 'invisible' riders in our contract, end up making our investment effectively worthless when we need it most. That has never been the case since I switched most of my insurance (5 policies) over to State Farm.
Mike Gain's team has been proactive in making sure I know and understand my policies and my coverage options (whether it's increased limits or agent-initiated cost savings).
Spearheading this effort for my account is Aussie Light. Not only is Aussie a pleasure to talk to, he never drops the ball, he never pushes a sale I do not welcome and he never makes me feel like anything other than a friend. If only every business had employees that did their job like they had ownership in the business…
