The service was phenomenal and super friendly. They actually cared about my specific situation and made switching from my current company painless and seamless.
(July 24, 2019, 9:39 pm)We have been customers of Erie for over 5 years and have no plans to change. Josh has been wonderful in helping us with both our home and auto policies. Recently we had an automobile claim in which our vehicle and the other persons vehicles were totaled. Erie handled with speed and assistance to the satisfaction of both of us. Accident forgiveness and diminishing deductible are a blessing. Josh and Stacey always respond quickly to phone calls and emails. To top it off the rates are very competitive and have not gone up very much over the last several years. Give Allen Insurance a chance and see if they aren’t to save you money today. You will not be sorry.
(June 18, 2019, 11:38 am)I’ve had to file two claims with Erie insurance. One for auto and one for home. Both claims were addressed quickly and without stress. In fact both claims left us in better shape than we were before the disasters happened. Because of their low premiums, I expected the claim process to be a nightmare, but it was the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
