  The team at John Bailey Co. are top notch, and you would be hard-pressed to find better service in the Knoxville area. As a first time small business owner, they were very helpful in explaining everything I needed for my fishing guide business, and they have continued to impress me with their prompt service in the months following my purchase.

  I wholeheartedly want to endorse Tim Spencer. He took precious time out of his weekend, in spite of being sick, to hand-hold me through the healthcare marketplace enrollment at the eleventh hour. Not only did he catch my mistakes, he answered questions I hadn't anticipated and found solutions I wouldn't have found on my own. My oldest son has special medical needs and is matriculating out of TennCare this year. Not a single other insurance broker or health-connection agent has taken the time and effort to guide us through this transition. There was nothing in it for him, but Tim treated this case like it was a million-dollar job - and I am genuinely touched, and grateful. I will be bringing paying business to him in the future!

  I had the same insurance agent for years. However, when I switched to John Bailey Company I found a whole new way of doing business. The sales process, the staff, and the way they conducted business was beyond reproach. I would recommend this insurance company to anyone at anytime. They are truly 5 star!
