  We heard about Shafer through a few different people. So, when we were ready to start up our small home improvement business, we decided to give them a call. Paula had Kaiser Restorations up and running in no time! She was fantastic! She is very personable and understands that small businesses are important to the economy & the community. She did everything she said she would do when she said she would do it. This company is truly a God send. We are so happy we went with Shafer. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!   I recently switched to Shafer Insurance and have been so happy with it. Stanton Oster increased my coverage while saving me money! Stanton conducts himself in a professional, informative and friendly manner. He has always been available to answer my questions and concerns! I recommend this agency and Stanton!

  Shafer Insurance takes the time to understand a business and analyse risk to protect vulnerabilities. They are a full service agency so they can help with personal and commercial insurance and they also have a human resources department to help with staffing needs. I would highly recommend this company. They are well established, respected, and the people are knowledgeable, dependable, and a pleasure to work with.
