  Great experience on the successful closing of my mother’s home recently. The ladies at Title Group of TN were extremely professional making sure that my mother and I were updated throughout the process and ready for closing. Overcoming numerous obstacles the day of closing with the buyer’s mortgage company but they continued with the attention to detail until all paperwork was correct and the closing was successful for my mother and the buyer. Thank you for all the hard work and professionalism and I would highly recommend Title Group of TN.

  WOW!!! What a fantastic experience I had with the closing of our family home with them. We sold our family home in Knoxville that was on acreage. My parents had added acreage to the home over the years buying from different neighbors. Some of the transfers were not done correctly. I tell you what their attorney Jessica Taylor jumped in and got the whole mess straighten out for us. Thank goodness we had her or there may not have been a closing. The whole experience with everyone at Title Group was OUTSTANDING!! Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a Title Company to handle your real estate closing. Thank Title Group!!
