(June 1, 2018, 11:48 am)I was a going to be a new home buyer. The process was pretty rough... except for the insurance. I have never been more blown away by customer service then I was with Erica. The Insurance portion of the home buying experience was possibly the easiest and most confident part of the home buying experience. I never worried about the amount of coverage, if I was getting the right price, or if there was something I needed to do. The communication at the office and with me, the client, was INCREDIBLE.
Then on top of that, they were able to save us a few hundred (multiple hundred) dollars on our Auto Insurance while upping our coverage.
The coolest part of working with Beacon Insurance and Erica was that after we spoke on the phone, Erica made a personalized video that covered what we talked about, and the different options for insurance, explaining each part of coverage. The made it so that I could sit down with my partner, watch the video together and he was 100% caught up on the conversation that Erica and I had and TOGETHER we made an informed decision (this part made my life so much easier).
Thank you Beacon Insurance and Erica for being on top of everything insurance wise, so that I could focus on the home buying process and living life thing. I have never been so comfortable and confident with my insurance.
