Amy was very professional and answered all my guestions. We have multiple policies so it took some time and effort. We switched from American National and then told my brother who also switched. Saved us both a lot of money. Only had one claim and they are very quick to fix.
Professional communication while seeking to understand client's needs, diligent in answering questions, quick and accurate response to inquiries. Also, exercised patience while awaiting answers that client is attempting to obtain (not pushy). Oh yeah, saved me $$ too!
