  I called to ask a couple of mortgage related questions and spoke to Kelly. She was great! Given how generally horrific SunTrust’s automated call-in system is, speaking with this branch was a breath of fresh air.

  I have been using this bank for years and have never had an issue that wasn't promptly handled with a staff that was always friendly and understanding. highly recommend this branch!

  Great friendly staff! Left my bank wallet on counter , boy was I glad they called me right away! Also..Fraud center called me once that my card number had been attempted a charge of $240 at 2AM I wasn't sure if the call was legitimate so I called the branch and got immediate action! Thank you soooo much!
