(July 24, 2019, 2:28 pm)When I was informed by my previous insurance agent that my rates would be raised "SIGNIFICANTLY" (no credit issues, no tickets ever, no claims at all), I was angry - heck, I didn't burn down Cheryl's she-shed so why the hike?! Well it turns out they did me a favor. After interviewing several companies, I landed on Mr. Sims and the Farm Bureau team - saved me BIG BUCKS y'all. Happy to be a "Farm Girl"! Thanks Mr. Sims (and Taylor)!
(July 1, 2019, 3:53 pm)I’ve been a customer here for a little over a year now. I switched due to raising rates and terrible customer service at Nationwide. Everyone at the John Sims agency was overly helpful in making the transition a year ago. Now, I still receive the same great customer service that I received as a new member. Everyone always has a smiling face when I enter the office and sweet, helpful voices when I call. I recommend this location to all my friends and family.
