(May 24, 2019, 11:30 am)They are always so helpful and kind when I have any questions. Sometimes I have had to call them 3or 4 times in the same day about a question I needed to get solved. They hung right in there with me until it was settled and made me feel to much better.
(March 18, 2019, 3:45 pm)We have been with Allstate and the Landrus family for over 30 years. They have always treated us like family and Allstate handled any claims we have had fairly and quickly. We carry out home, auto and life insurance with them.
(February 25, 2019, 4:49 pm)very easy to deal with. I have been a lifetime customer. Very quick to respond to claims and to help walk your way through the process of filing claims and to answer questions or give updates along the way.
(January 22, 2019, 11:38 am)I have always found this agency to be thorough. They have always listened to my needs and concerns when making recommendations about coverage. I've dealt almost exclusively with Rodney Landrus and have found him to be friendly, personable and knowledgeable, presenting me with options and tradeoffs involved in different types and levels off coverage. Also, I've experienced little to no wait time when calling and if they are tired up, callback time is very reasonable. I highly recommend them because buying insurance is more than just a question of price; service is very important, and in that they shine!

You don't speak to a computer, you speak to them directly, which I think is excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. They keep me informed of any discounts I have to keep my rates down. They are great insurance agents.
